Through the initiative of Abul Khair Steel (AKS), a plant visit was organized on Saturday to the factory of AKS, the largest melting plant in the country, with the students and respected teachers of the Civil Engineering Department of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (Cuet).
Associate Professor Dr Md Basir Zisan, Assistant Professor Sanjoy Das, Lecturer Asifur Rahman, and Lecturer Sakibun Nahar Nilu, along with 66 final-year students were among the team from Cuet visiting the plant, reads a press release.
During the visit, they were informed about the techniques and processes that are followed to ensure the highest quality of the rods.
AKS's plant visit was assisted by Abul Khair Steel's brand marketing officers and engineers from the production and quality assurance department.
