Beximco raises €32.5M from Dutch bank

In order to expand its knit fabric facility, Beximco has raised €32.5 million from Dutch financial institution ING Bank, according to a Beximco press release issued on Thursday.

According to the company, it will purchase cutting-edge German and other textile equipment from a German exporter using financing from ING Bank and an insurance-backed cover from Germany's Export Credit Agency (ECA).

The ambitious project supports the growth and modernization of its vertically integrated textile manufacturing facility, which, according to Beximco, uses clean production practices by incorporating renewable energy and sustainable raw materials into its processes.
