Md Shafiul Azam has been reappointed for the consecutive third time as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Modhumoti Bank for the next three years.
He had been appointed first in 2016. In 2014, he joined Modhumoti Bank as the Additional Managing Director, reads a press release.
Azam started his career with AB Bank in 1991 as a Probationary Officer after completing his post-graduation in Marketing from the University of Dhaka.
In his 31 years career, Azam held important positions and performed several responsibilities in different capacities including serving as Deputy Managing Director in Shahjalal Islami Bank.
He has visited many countries and enriched his experience by attending various seminars, workshops and training. Azam is also associated with various social activities in his personal life.
