Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) and Trust Axiata Pay (Tap), a mobile financial service launched by Trust Axiata Digital, have recently launched three services for the account holders of MTB who also maintain a wallet account with Tap.
With these services launched, now an account holder of MTB will be able to transfer funds from his/her MTB account to Tap wallet, from Tap wallet to MTB and will also be able to “Add Money” from Tap wallet by linking his/her MTB’s account.
Under this significant collaboration between MTB and Tap, both organizations will jointly offer a bunch of other services on the basis of these services, reads a press release.
From the bank’s side, Additional Managing Director and Group Chief Risk Officer Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Group Internal Control and Compliance Goutam Prosad Das, Deputy Managing Director and CBO Md Khalid Mahmood Khan, Head of Digital Banking Division Khalid Hossin, Head of Software Development and Solutions Muhammad Shams-ul- Arifin and Head of Communications Department Azam Khan were present among others at the ceremony.
From Tap, Vice President, Head of Sales and Distribution, Commercial Shahjalal Uddin, Advisor, Finance Hefzur Rahman and General Manager, Head of Sales Strategy, Operations and Merchant Management Fasihul Mostofa Talal were present among others.
