Doreen Capital Management Limited (DCML) has signed a panel broker agreement with Janata Capital and Investment Limited (JCIL) at Doreen Hotels & Resorts Ltd in the capital on Wednesday.
As a brokerage firm, this collaboration will let Doreen Capital Management facilitate the seamless trading of shares for Janata Capital and Investment Limited, said a press release.
The agreement ceremony also allowed JCIL to introduce DCML as its first panel broker from the private sector, the release also said.
Muniruzzaman Khan, director - banking & investment, Doreen Group and Shahidul Hoque, chief executive at JCIL, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Firoze Asad, senior group adviser and member of the board, Doreen Group; Mohammad Reza, head of operations, DCML, along with other members from the top management of JCIL and DCML were also present during the signing ceremony.
