Electro Mart brought the new series of Konka’s voice controlled Android television to the Bangladeshi market. The group unveiled the new series in its corporate office recently.
In the programme, Managing Director of Electro Mart Md Nurul Amin Faruk, Deputy Managing Director Md Nurul Afsar and Director Nurul Azim Sani were present.
When televisions started to be sold in Bangladesh’s electronics market at a high cost, Electro Mart stepped in and decided to sell televisions to consumers at a lower cost.
Following this, the company started selling televisions of the Konka brand to consumers in 1990. Consumers of more than 160 countries across the globe are currently using Konka Android televisions.
Konka televisions have internationally recognized technologies including 4K, True Color, Home share, Cavity Speaker, Dolby Digital Sound system and TFT Frameless LED display screen.
More than 15 models of Konka televisions are currently available in the Bangladeshi market, priced from Tk11,000 to Tk90,000. Meanwhile, three new models - UDL43QR680ANT, UDL55MH794ANTS, UDL65MP663ANTS, UDG75QR804ANT - of Konka television entered the market.
The annual demand for televisions in Bangladesh is currently 15 lakh. Konka brand currently has a 25-30% market share. The demand for televisions is increasing by 15-20% each year.
Electro Mart offers many facilities for buying televisions including instalments (up to 24 months) and card payments. They offer a panel warranty for 4 years, parts warranty for 2 years and servicing warranty for 4 years. Electro Mart also offers home service with its experienced technicians.
