Banglalink distributes relief goods in flood-hit regions

The relief goods were distributed among 5,000 families in different locations including Sylhet, Sunamganj, and Kurigram

Banglalink, one of the country's leading digital communications service providers, has distributed relief goods in the Sylhet division and other flood-hit regions. 

Sena Kalyan Sangstha and Bidyanondo Foundation supported Banglalink in this initiative as the distribution partners, reads a press release.

The relief goods were distributed among 5,000 families in different locations including Sylhet, Sunamganj, and Kurigram. 

Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer of Banglalink Taimur Rahman said: “As a socially responsible corporate organization, we must stand by the flood-affected families at this critical time. I thank Sena Kalyan Sangstha and Bidyanondo Foundation for supporting us in taking the initiative forward. The current situation in Sylhet calls for our combined efforts, and by joining our forces like this, we can alleviate the sufferings of the affected.” 

Banglalink also provided 10 min talk-time and 100 MB of data for free to each customer in the flood-hit areas.
