Hilti Bangladesh on Thursday unveiled its tool service center at Satarkul of Badda area in Dhaka.
The 2,000 square feet state-of-the-art space has been designed by Hilti’s global team and equipped with German equipment, such as custom made workbenches, special tooling, and other testing equipment, ensuring that Hilti tools serviced in Bangladesh are as per the global standards, said a press release.
Nathalie Chuard, ambassador of Switzerland to Bangladesh, together with Nitin Katyal, head of partner markets from Hilti Asia Pacific, Jamal Uddin, managing director of IDLC, Faisal Rahman, AMD of Prime Bank, and other dignitaries were present at the inauguration ceremony.

I am most excited about providing the full Hilti experience now to our customer base in Bangladesh," said Julian Weber, chairman of Hilti Bangladesh.
Now, with the tool service center operational, customers can avail Hilti’s global ‘Lifetime Service’ offering for the first time in Bangladesh, which includes 20 year manufacturing warranty, two years of no cost service, and capped service costs, ensuring best-in-class experience, lower turnaround times, better tool lifetimes, and an overall lower cost of ownership, the release also said.
Hilti has definitely taken a huge step with this game changer service center towards bringing a world class experience to its customers in Bangladesh, and raising the bar in the construction industry, it added.
