Jamuna Bank will be involved in managing the toll of Padma Bridge, the largest communications infrastructure in Bangladesh.
An agreement in this regard has been signed between Bangladesh Bridge Authority and Jamuna Bank, reads a press release.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Secretary of the Bridges Department and Executive Director of Bangladesh Bridge Authority Md Monjur Hossain and Chairman of Jamuna Bank and Jamuna Bank Foundation Al-Haj Nur Mohammed.
The agreement was signed by Joint Secretary (Finance and Accounts) of Bangladesh Bridge Authority Altaf Hossain Sheikh and Managing Director and CEO of Jamuna Bank Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed. Senior officials of both organizations were also present on the occasion.
