Officials of state-owned, semi-govt organizations barred from taking foreign trips

The government also decided to postpone the implementation of less important projects that require imports

No employees of state-owned, semi-government banks and financial institutions can go on overseas trips, according to the finance department’s notice issued on May 16. 

Earlier on May 11, the government barred its officials from taking foreign trips to ease the pressure on the exchange rates and also decided to postpone the implementation of less important projects that require imports.
