In the presence of Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, managing director and CEO of Mercantile Bank Ltd, the agreement was signed by Adil Raihan, deputy managing director and CSBO of the Bank, and Mostafa Kamal, the chief financial officer of Partex Star Group, on behalf of their respective organizations at the Bank’s Board Room, Head Office.
As per the agreement, Mercantile Bank Ltd will collect sales proceeds from different sales centres/outlets of different concerns of Partex Star Group Complex-1 across the country through online banking and mobile financial services "MyCash", read a press release.
Shamim Ahmed, Hasne Alam, and Md Mahmood Alam Chowdhury, DMDs, Ashim Kumar Saha, SEVP and head of treasury division, Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, SEVP and head of HRD, Tapash Chandra Paul, PhD, the chief financial officer of MBL, Tapon James Rozario, AVP and head of ILM division from the Bank and Nazmol Hossain, treasury in-charge, A S M Humayun Kabir, IT Operation Lead of Partex Star Group, A. K. M Ahasanul Haque, chief operating Officer, business controller Rakib Ahmed of Partex Cables Ltd, Head of Business Shah Alam Monshi and Business Controller Muhammod Eusuf Ali of Partex Furniture Industries Ltd with other officials of both the organizations were present in the ceremony.
