Shadhin Music, the Bangladeshi music streaming startup, was recently awarded as the winner of the ‘Consumer Media and Entertainment’ category at the BASIS National ICT Awards 2020.
The award was received by Sabirul Haque, CEO of Shadhin Music, from Special Guest Zunaid Ahmed Palak, MP, state minister, ICT Division, said a press release.
Shadhin Music was launched in December 2019 as a music streaming service for Bengali music lovers in Bangladesh and around the world.
Shadhin Music, with the biggest content catalogue compared to any other music streaming application in Bangladesh, offers free and paid versions for both audio and video music content. Shadhin Music has several exclusive podcasts that no other music application in the country offers. It also has innovative features including lyrics, offline downloads, adaptive streaming, time stamp for podcast, night mode, user-based recommendation engine, etc.
For such valuable contributions to the community of Bangladesh and its citizens, the Award and Accreditation Committee of BASIS chose Shadhin Music as one of the achievers of the BASIS National ICT Awards 2020.
BASIS National ICT Awards is an annual program organized by the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS). The objective of the BASIS National ICT Awards is to provide recognition to outstanding achievements.
