Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. (DBH) recently opened a customer service centre in Mirpur.
Residents of Mirpur and adjacent areas can now get services like home loans and deposits from the new centre, said a press release.
Nasimul Baten, managing director and CEO of DBH, formally inaugurated the Mirpur customer service centre.
He hoped that the new customer service centre in an important location like Mirpur will contribute towards its business growth and help DBH improve its service delivery.
This is DBH’s first customer service centre in Mirpur, with other branches in Gulshan, Dhanmondi, Motijheel and Uttara.
Md. Hassan Iftekhar Yussouf, DMD and head of IT, Saiyaf Ejaz, head of administration and recovery, Md. Zakaria Eusuf, head of loan operations, Md. Golam Rosul Salim, head of loan sales, Sabed Bin Ahsan, head of Deposits, customer experience and business planning, and other high officials were present during the inauguration ceremony.
