Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) has given the special opportunity of admission for new students who are going to be admitted in Fall-2020 semester without any admission fees.
Planning Minister MA Mannan has inaugurated the 100% fee admission waiver program on a live session as chief guest, said a press release.
NUB announced a special package so that students do not fall behind in their academic calendar and curriculum amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, tuition fees for newly admitted students have been waived from 20% to 100% for this semester.
Professor Dr. Abu Yousuf Md. Abdullah, Hon'ble Chairman of NUBT attended the webinar as the Guest of Honor.
Prof Md Humayun Kabir, pro-vice chancellor (D) was present as a keynote speaker on the occasion. Prof Anwar Hossain, vice-chancellor, NUB presided over the session.
Northern University Bangladesh are already being provided free mobile data and laptops at 65% discount under 'Northern Digital Campaign-2020' for all the students.
