Ahmed Sultan, a seventh-grader, insisted that his father and sisters, with whom he came to Dhaka International Trade Fair in the capital, bought him something from the stall of Kazi Farms Kitchen.
"There is a Kazi Farms Kitchen outlet beside our school. I eat from there all the time as it is tastier than other brands," Ahmed said in favour of his demand.
"I always look for hygienic food for my children. My children are huge fans of Kazi Farms Kitchen, but I was initially hesitant, unsure about how clean they would be. But, when I visited their outlet, I found the environment quite good, so I allowed my kids there," said Ramzan Ali, his father.
Another group visiting from Savar echoed similar sentiments, adding how the good taste of the food items of the company helped expand its business across the country.
"Although I work in a restaurant, I must say Kazi Farms' quality is superior even more than some foreign brands," said Md Tareque, a member of that group.
"We always want fresh food, which many food brands fail to offer. But Kazi Farms Kitchen never disappoints us in this regard," he added.
Visiting Kazi Farms Kitchen's stall (number 5 at the ongoing fair), all the employees were found busy serving and selling a huge volume of people.
They were all found wearing caps and hand gloves at all times.
"Our management gave us apron, mask, gloves and head cap to be worn at all times. We serve top quality food while maintaining high hygiene conditions in all our outlets," said Ibrahim Hossain, chef at the stall.
Arnab Hossain, supervisor at the stall, said their sales were not satisfactory during the initial days of the fair, but now they faced difficulty in serving scores of customers.
Kazi Farms Kitchen is serving 17 items at their stall, which can be purchased from Tk25 to Tk125 apiece.
Crispy chicken fry can be found from Tk40 to Tk115 per piece, Spicy chicken fry at Tk50 per piece, meatballs at Tk25 a stick, Kabab roll at Tk 90 per piece, Lollipop chicken at Tk40 per piece, hot wings at Tk80 per stick, crispy chicken burger at Tk125 per piece, mini chicken burger at Tk60 per piece, Soup Tk 60, noodles at Tk80 per plate, chicken strips at Tk45 per piece, vegetable fried rice at Tk80 per plate and a combo meal of rice and chicken at Tk125 per plate.
