Banglalink launches Ennovators 3.0 competition for youngsters

This competition is for innovative youngsters aspiring to become successful future professionals

Telecom service provider Banglalink has officially launched the third edition of its digital ideation competition “Banglalink Ennovators” in Dhaka. 

This was announced at a press conference at the Banglalink headquarters on Monday.

Radio Foorti 88.0FM is the radio partner of the competition.

This competition is for innovative youngsters aspiring to become successful future professionals.

The aim of the competition is to encourage, empower, and nurture innovative ideas and creative young minds who are preparing for future in innovative and sustainable fields.

Banglalink Chief Human Resources (HR) and Administration Officer Monzula Morshed said: “We are delighted to launch a new season of “Banglalink Ennovators” for talented youngsters of the country. 

“It is a great opportunity for them to showcase their talents, and acquire firsthand professional experience in a world-class corporate environment, along with encouraging the participants to be more innovative, the overall experience of participating in such a competition will surely enhance their capabilities as future professionals.”

 “We firmly believe that our talented youngsters have what it takes to face the challenges of the upcoming digital era and to bring innovative solutions for addressing real-life problems,” Monzula said.

The telco HR head further said: “As a leading digital organization in the country, we are constantly trying to build platforms that enable talented youngsters to showcase their skills.”

Banglalink Brands and Communications Director Qazi Urfi Ahmad also spoke at the event. Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer Taimur Rahman Ayesha Saeed and other top Banglalink officials were present at the time, among others.

After picking out candidates with exceptional innovative minds, “Banglalink Ennovators” will further enhance their abilities through grooming, boot-camp sessions, workshops, and many other activities, the press conference mentioned.

Following a rigorous selection process, the winning team will be announced and awarded an opportunity to visit Banglalink’s parent company Veon’s headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The winning team members will also be given direct entry to the “Assessment Centre of the Strategic Assistant Program” of Banglalink.

The first and the second runners-up teams will also gain direct entry to the Assessment Centre.

In addition, all members of the top five teams of the competition will directly qualify for Banglalink’s “Advanced Internship Program” (AIP).

Students from any University Grants Commission (UGC) approved university can participate in the competition by completing the online registration on https://ennovators.banglalink.net from July 15, till August 31.

Roadshows and campus branding for the competition will also be organized at more than 50 universities across the country.
