USAID’s OBIRODH celebrates Pohela Boishakh

Road to Tolerance Program of USAID’s OBIRODH has celebrated the Bangla New Year 1425 at Dhanmondi Lake. The theme of the event was “Let’s celebrate the diversity together”.  The cultural event was titled: “Celebrating Pahela Baishakh through Cultural Events to Promote Diversity and Tolerance”. There were different arrangements including photo exhibition, local drum session (Dhol), signature tune (theme song), dance performance, stage drama, interactive discussion session by successful youth icons and live musical show by Chirkut band. Around 400 viewers from different age observed the event.
