Popular ride-sharing service Pathao has signed a partnership agreement with motorcycle brand Hero at the headquarters of Niloy Motors Ltd, the distributor of the motorcycle brand in Bangladesh.
This partnership agreement will offer attractive deals to both the existing and the potential Pathao riders and users, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.
The deal was signed by Pathao Chief Executive Officer Hussain M Elius and Hero Chief Marketing Officer Md Abu Aslam. Other senior officials from both the companies were present at the signing ceremony as well.
Addressing the ceremony, Hero CMO Aslam said: “Hero has been an iconic brand for years and has always connected with the customers through its range of comfortable, low maintenance, high mileage and technologically superior products. All motorbikes of Hero comes along with its best-in-class five-year warranty and best service network in Bangladesh. I am absolutely excited to sign a new deal which will give our people the best and most comfortable ride-sharing experience through Pathao.”
Pathao CEO Elius was excited about the new partnership as well.
“We are excited about this partnership as both our riders and users can enjoy special benefits through Hero motorbikes. It is a new beginning and we will keep working on the continued development of ride-sharing services in Bangladesh,” he said.
