Grameenphone wins Best Overall Brand award

Grameenphone has won the Best Overall Brand award in the ninth edition of Bangladesh Brand Award for the second consecutive year. The telecom operator has also secured the Best Telecom Brand award and the Most Consistent Brand award. The awards were presented by Bangladesh Brand Forum (BBF) in association with Kantar Millward Brown, a leading brand research company. Yasir Azman, deputy CEO of Grameenphone, received the award from Faruqe Hassan, senior vice president of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), on behalf of company at the ceremony. BBF provided the awards in 35 categories on the basis of a nationwide survey conducted by Kantar Milward Brown.
