The police personnel at BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's Gulshan office have allegedly barred the members of Mohila Dal entering inside party office with some raw meat, vegetables and fruits that were brought for the party chief.
Mohila Dal President Noor-e-Ara Safa told the Dhaka Tribune that 15 activists went to Khaleda's Gulshan office around 12pm on Thursday with 25 chickens, 10 kgs of beef, two Ruhi fishes, vegetables and fruits.
"But the police barred us entering inside the office and kept all the items with them. Later, they returned those," Safa added.
However, the police allowed Safa and two other Mohila Dal activists to enter inside the office.
The BNP chief has been kept confined to her Gulshan party office since Saturday midnight.
