Police have detained three Jubo Dal activists in Feni on Saturday afternoon.
Witnesses and police said BNP's youth affiliate brought out procession at the Trunk road in the Feni town at 5pm to protest the arrest of its central committee president in Dhaka.
While the procession was marching in front of the Model police station, several crude bombs were blasted.
To control the situation, police fired tear shells and 10 rounds of blank shots, Feni ASP (Circle) Shamsul Haque said.
District Jubo Dal President Gazi Habib Ullah Manik claimed police injured at least 10 activists and detained three.
Police have detained a total of 64 leaders and activists of BNP and its associate organisations, including Jubo Dal president Moazzem Hossain Alal, during a raid at his capital's Lalmatia residence on Saturday.
