A Dhaka court has issued an arrest warrant against nine BNP leaders including party’s Dhaka City unit former convener Sadek Hossain Khoka in an Explosive Substance Act case.
Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Md Jahurul Haque gave the order around 5pm on Tuesday after a hearing of the case.
The court fixed February 11, 2015 for the next hearing day of the case.
The case was filed at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar police station in the capital in October 27, 2013.
Case history stated that Sub-Inspector of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar police station filed a case accusing thirteen BNP men including Sadek Hossain Khoka, Juba Dal President Moazzem Hossain Alal and its General Secretary Saiful Alam Milon and 12 other leaders.
On April 7, the SI also the Investigation Officer Matiur Rahman submitted charge sheets in CMM court accusing Sadek Hossain Khoka and 22 other BNP leaders and activists.
