Mirsarai upazila unit of BNP has called a dawn-to-dusk hartal for Sunday, demanding the arrest of JCD leader Adil Mahmood's killers.
Nurul Amin, convener of Mirsarai upazila unit of BNP, confirmed to the Dhaka Tribune about the hartal.
On Thursday, miscreants stabbed the convener of upazila Chhatra Dal's dissolved committee, Adil Mahmood Chowdhury, to death around 8:30pm.
The process of lodging a case regarding the incident was underway till filling of the report at 1:15pm.
