Communication Minister Obaidul Quader said the government would make a befitting reply if BNP and its allies uprooted railway lines and kill people hurling petrol bombings in the name of movement.
Quader said this while exchanging views with the journalists at the Circuit House in Feni at 7pm on Wednesday.
He also warned the the government would take stringent measures to save the peope if those parties brought back the politics that they did during the January 5 election.
However, he urged his party leaders to refrain from any attack and provocation.
At the same time, He made a call to Awami league leaders and activists to resist BNP and its allies if they [BNP and its allies] created violence in the name of movement and urged them [the party men] not to stay idle.”
At the view exchange program District Awami League President Abdur Rahman and Secretary Nizam Uddin Hazari among other district leaders of the party and top officials of the administration were also present.
