BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has invited Awami League President Sheikh Hasina to an iftar party to be held on July 2.
BNP Assistant Office Secretary Asadul Karim Shahin handed over the letter to Md Alauddin, an official of Prime Minister’s Office on Tuesday.
The iftar party will be held in the honour of politicians at capital’s Basundhara Convention Centre.
Shairul Kabir Khan, BNP chairperson's media wing member, has confirmed about the invitation to the Dhaka Tribune.
