The Election commission has played a biased role in the upazila election, BNP Joint Secretary General Salahuddin Ahmed has alleged.
He made the allegation in a press briefing at party’s Nayapaltan central office on Sunday afternoon.
He said: “Election commission was biased in the upazila election.”
Waring Awami League, he said: “We demand immediate election or else the government will be collapsed by the uprising of BNP.”
Salahuddin said: “The government must resign as it is an illegal government.”
He said: “Awami League and democracy are two opposite words, they do not suit together.”
