The High Court has granted six months bail to BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir in a case filed with Ramna police station for hurling petrol bomb at a bus in capital’s Banglamotor area.
An HC bench of Justice Rezaul Hassan and Justice Mohammad Ullah passed the order on Thursday afternoon.
A J Mohammad Ali and Ehsanur Rahman conducted the bail petition hearing on Fakhrul’s side while Deputy Attorney General Bashir Ullah conducted the hearing on the state side.
