Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ali Mashud Seikh gave the order and fixed December 4 to start deposition of witnesses. The court also rejected the discharge petitions filed by Fakhrul and three others.
Fakhrul among 38 accused, now on bail, appeared before the court and pleaded not guilty. The court also cancelled bails of 36 others and issued arrest warrants against them.
The charges were pressed on July 28, 2014.
