Muhith is the president of the college management committee.
The minister yesterday evening visited different rooms including the damaged room of Principal Abul Fateh Fattah. Vice-Principal Shorbani Arjun, member of college management committee Emad Ullah Shahidul Islam, police officials and others were also present at that time.
Muhith said: “This is the real picture of dirty politics. Law will run in its own way.” He added that the culprits would be punished under the existing law and police have to take legal action soon.
A six-point memorandum was submitted to the minister on behalf of college staff. On September 24 last year, the minister scolded the student leaders for doing illegal business.
