There will be no dialogue with the BNP for elections, Disaster adn Relief Management Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya said on Thursday.
However, talks can be held for development of the country and for maintaing the law and order situation, he told journalists in Chandpur.
”The elections have passed. Now we will stay in power for five years. What is there to talk about elections again?”
”There can be talks on development, maintaining the law and order and implementation of the verdicts of war crimes trials,” he said.
Maya was elected uncontested for Chandpur-2 constutency in the January 5 polls. He is currently in three-day visit to his constituency.
