Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu alleged that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has a started new conspiracy to evict the government by terming it "illegal".
He made the statement in a press conference at his office on Thursday afternoon.
“Khaleda is detached from democracy by supporting Jamaat. If she wants to return to the path of democracy, she must leave Jamaat,” said Inu.
He said the government is in support of her rally but previous records show that Khaleda conducts violence under the name of a rally.
“It will be the administration’s decision about permission for holding the rally,” he added.
