A Dhaka court has set January 6 to hear the remand prayer in a case against top five BNP leaders Barrister Moudud Ahmed, Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia, MK Anwar, Shimul Biswas and Abdul Awal Mintu.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Atiqur Rahman fixed the date for hearing as investigation officer of the case DB Inspector Fazlur Rahman sought the remand to grill them in Sub-Inspector Mohammad Shahjahan killing case filed on May 5 this year with Motijheel police station.
