Awami League General Secretary Syed Ashraful Islam said the next step regarding the proposals made in the meeting with BNP leaders will be taken after consulting with higher authorities.
He made the statement while speaking to journalists after a meeting with the opposition, in the capital’s Gulshan.
Citing that both parties have presented their points, he said: “The next step regarding the proposals made in the meeting will be decided after consulting with higher-ups.”
