Quader wants ‘formalin free politics’

Update : 02 Nov 2013, 06:35 PM

Communications Minister Obaidul Quader urged politicians to save politics from poisonous politicians.

He said some of the politicians are more dangerous than poisonous formalin. They are trying to contaminate the politics of the country.

Politics of Bangladesh should be free from those poisonous politicians along with the kitchen market from formalin.

The minister made his remark on Saturday while delivering his speech on the occasion of declaring the Banani Kitchen Market to be formalin free.

Obaidul at the programme handed over formalin kits to the kitchen market authorities. The FBCCI organised the programme.

He said the users or operators of the formalin free machines must be formalin free.

“It is not so important who won or who lost in the telephonic conversation between the prime minister and the opposition leader. It’s more important to win the democracy of the country,” he added.

The machine has been delivered by the FBCCI to ensure safe and formalin free commodities for the people.

FBCCI President Kazi Akramuddin Ahmed, Vice president Helal Uddin and Managing Director of the Prime Bank Kamal Khan Chowdhury also attended the programme.
