Prime Minister Tarique Rahman joined an exchange meeting with district- and metropolitan-level presidents and general secretaries of three affiliated organizations of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party — Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal, and Swechchhasebak Dal — at the Krishibid Institution Bangladesh in the capital’s Khamarbari area.
He arrived at the venue at around 12pm on Saturday. This marks Tarique Rahman’s first major organizational meeting with grassroots leaders since assuming office as prime minister.
According to party sources, he may provide direct instructions regarding party discipline, organizational activities, internal conflicts at the local level, and the reestablishment of the chain of command. Presidents and general secretaries from district and metropolitan units of the three organizations across the country participated in the meeting.

Also present at the event were BNP Secretary General and LGRD Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, and other top party leaders.
