An 11-party alliance has announced fresh programs, saying it will prepare for a continued movement as no decision has been taken in parliament regarding implementation of the referendum verdict.

The announcement was made by alliance coordinator and Jamaat-e-Islami Assistant Secretary General Hamidur Rahman Azad at a press conference following a meeting at the Al-Falah Auditorium in Moghbazar on Tuesday afternoon.

Speaking at the press conference, Bangladesh Khilafat Majlis Ameer Mamunul Haque alleged that the BNP is ignoring reform decisions taken by the interim government. He said the alliance would continue its street movement until the referendum verdict is implemented.

The alliance also announced a four-day program.

According to the announced schedule, the program will begin on Thursday with leaflet distribution in Shahbagh. Protest processions will be held at upazila and police station levels across the country on April 11, followed by rallies and processions in all districts on April 12.

A seminar in Dhaka in favour of implementing the referendum verdict will be held on April 13.
