Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Standing Committee Member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury will brief both domestic and international media in London on a meeting between the party’s acting chairman, Tarique Rahman, and Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus, which got underway at an upscale London hotel on Friday afternoon.
Professor Dr Moudud Hossain Alamgir Pavel, convener of the BNP’s media cell, confirmed the information on Friday.
Following the meeting between Yunus and Tarique, a joint press briefing will be held at the same venue by members of the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing and senior BNP leaders, said Akbar Hossain, press minister at the Bangladesh High Commission in London.
