Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus will meet with political parties on Sunday afternoon at the state guest house Jamuna.
On Saturday, party leaders were invited over the phone.
However, the chief adviser is scheduled to speak separately with the BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami on Saturday evening.
The parties are expected to clarify their stance following remarks made by NCP Convener Nahid Islam regarding the chief adviser’s resignation.
When contacted around 6:30pm on Saturday, AB Party’s Mojibur Rahman Monju said: “We will go to Jamuna at 5pm tomorrow. We were invited by Housing & Public Works Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan.”
It remains unclear whether the meeting will be held jointly or separately. However, based on the nature of the invitation, it is presumed the meetings may be held individually.
Saturday’s meeting with BNP and Jamaat is being held following requests made by the two parties.
