Senior Joint Secretary General of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed on Monday said that a neighboring country has turned into a safe haven for fascism.
"Delhi appears to have become the central headquarters of fascism. These fascists are not idle; they continue their plots and conspiracies in various ways. We must confront these conspiracies collectively," he said.
Rizvi made these remarks at the Mall Chattar of Dhaka University during a tree-planting program organized to mark the 89th birth anniversary of the late president Ziaur Rahman.
The program, titled "Neem Tree Sapling Plantation Initiative," was organized by the Ziaur Rahman Foundation, Dhaka Metropolitan South.
