Chhatra Odhikar Parishad President Bin Yamin Mollah announced that a symbolic hanging of leaders from what he termed "fascist" parties, including the Awami League and Jatiya Party, will take place at TSC at 2pm on Monday.

He made this announcement during a press conference under the banner of the "Anti-Fascist Student-Labour Alliance" at Dhaka University's TSC on Sunday, demanding clarification from BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir over his remarks about banning Jatiya Party from TSC.

Mollah asserted that the government must heed the people’s demands, saying: “Public uprisings do not follow the law, so actions should be taken outside legal boundaries.”

He emphasized the need for a national consensus government or a revolutionary government.

He further suggested converting the Jatiya Party headquarters and Ganabhaban into memorial museums, adding that the constitution should be amended to dismantle what he called the “fascist system” to prevent further suffering.

Announcing the next steps, Mollah said: "At 2pm on Monday, we will symbolically hang the leaders of the Awami League, Jatiya Party, and other fascist parties, including Sheikh Hasina, Obaidul Quader, Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader, and Secretary General Mujibul Haque Chunnu."

During the press conference, the alliance put forth two demands – excluding the Awami League, Jatiya Party, and any other party involved in alleged forced disappearances, murders, and massacres from participating in the upcoming elections.
