Sajeeb Wazed Joy, the only son of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, on Sunday reportedly received a tweet that his mother would have to face the same consequences Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman had faced on August 15, 1975.
A man allegedly named William Gomes sent the tweet to Joy. It was later posted on Joy's official Facebook page which termed Gomes a "real terrorist."
In the tweet, Gomes reportedly wished that Joy's mother would be killed as her father in 1975. Sheikh Mujib and most of his family members were assassinated on August 15, 1975.
Joy's official page on 7:20pm posted:Â "A tweet that was sent directly to me by William Gomes. He claims to be a human rights activist and has been very active spreading false claims of human rights abuses by our Government.
"Today he tweeted me wishing that my mother and family are murdered just as my family was murdered in 1975. This just proves that he does not believe in human rights at all, but is just using the guise to make false claims against us. He is really a terrorist," reads the post.
Gomes reportedly tweeted Joy: "Ask your Mom to pack up. Its' time to go. For now on she will cook for you everyday. Wish she will end up like your nanu."
