A Dhaka court has sent the man who tried to enter BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s cabin at Evercare Hospital after he was placed on a two-day remand.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Farah Diba Chanda passed the order on Tuesday.
On December 24, the same court granted a two-day remand for the accused Sujan.
Sujan was detained for trying to enter Khaleda Zia’s hospital cabin without permission on Saturday. He was turned over to the police by hospital authorities.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi expressed deep concern about the attempt.
