The 18-party alliance, led by main opposition BNP, postponed its rally which was scheduled to be held at 3pm Monday, to Wednesday.
The rally was postponed as the alliance did not receive permission to hold it.
The main opposition was supposed to announce their future programmes and action plans at Monday’s rally which they said they will now announce on Wednesday.
Shamsuzzaman Dudu, adviser to the BNP chairperson, said this at a press briefing at the party’s central office Monday morning.
