Update : 22 Apr 2013, 09:58 AM

A general diary (GD) has been filed against BNP leader Sadeque Hossain Khoka for allegedly threatening Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and for his “provocative” speech, reports UNB.

AB Siddique, president of Jana Netri Parishad, registered the GD with Paltan Police Station around 8:30pm on Sunday.

In his GD, Siddique alleged that Khoka at a meeting on April 18 threatened Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina saying that BNP will topple the government by arranging Fatikchhari-like incidents, police said quoting the GD.

Police said they will investigate the allegation with court permission and will take steps accordingly.
