Suffering from breathing problems, the Gono Forum politician and Sylhet-2 MP Mokabbir Khan was admitted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka on Monday afternoon.
Gono Forum Executive President Subrata Chowdhury informed Dhaka Tribune of the MP’s health condition.
“Mokabbir Khan was scheduled to deliver a speech in parliament today. He was taken to CMH as he was feeling a shortness of breath,” Subrata said.
“He gave his sample for a Covid-19 test, but the result has not come back yet,” he added.
Mokabbir was taken to CMH from his home, Subrata mentioned.
