Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan has rejected the claims about 'ghost' cases.
Asaduzzaman Khan claimed that the case has been filed on specific charges on, says the UNB on Tuesday.
He made the comment at rally party activists in Dhanmondi which was organised for making the January, 19 victory rally a success.
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan stated: "There are no 'ghost' cases. Legal steps are taken against the accused on specific charges."
"Anyone found innocent during investigation are acquitted," he added.
