A case has been filed against BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi and Standing Committee Member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury for instigating violence during the ongoing student movement demanding safe road.
Jananetri Parishad’s President AB Siddique filed the case with the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate HM Toaha on Monday.
After hearing, the court ordered Tejgaon police station to investigate the allegation.
On Saturday, a reported audio clip of telephonic conversation between BNP leader Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury and an unknown youth over intensifying the ongoing student movement went viral on Facebook and YouTube.
