BNP submits 13-point EC reformation proposal to president

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi submitted the proposal on behalf of BNP party chief Khaleda Zia on Tuesday morning. Ruhul Kabir Rizvi and advisor to BNP Chairperson Maj Gen (retd) Ruhul Alam Chowdhury went to the Bangabhaban and handed over to the 13-point plan to the president's secretary. President Abdul Hamid left for Singapore this morning.
