BNP leader Khaleda Zia, staying in London, has been carrying out the secret killings in Bangladesh, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has claimed.
Hasina made the claim while addressing a huge public meeting at capital's Suhrawardy Uddayan organised by Bangladesh Awami League, marking the Jail Killing Day in commemoration of the brutal killing of the country's four national leaders inside Dhaka Central Jail on November 3, 1975.
“She [Khaleda] is out to establish a reign of killings in the country," said the PM.
She also said BNP leader Khaleda Zia along with Jamaat always pursued politics with the killers like her husband former military dictator Ziaur Rahman did.
She sought cooperation of the people who want peace and development and have faith in the spirit of War of Liberation, to trace out the persons and their masterminds behind the recent clandestine killings saying it's time to forge unity again to resist the evil forces.
