BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia would be tried for killing people, Finance Minister AMA Muhith has said.
He also said the investigation is ongoing on in this regard.
The minister was speaking to the journalists after addressing a program at Poet Nazrul Islam auditorium in Rikabibazar in Sylhet town on Thursday afternoon.
The program was held under the UNICEF-supported project "Child sensitive social protection in Bangladesh (CSBT)" run by Department of Social Welfare.
